Skyrenu is developing a CO₂ capture technology designed to integrate into rapidly evolving markets: DAC, industrial decarbonization and enabling the circular carbon economy.

Technological positioning

The Skyrenu technology platform provides a common foundation for low-concentration CO₂ capture, designed to integrate into various industrial and environmental contexts.

Thanks to its modular and integrable architecture, the platform can be deployed for both atmospheric CO₂ capture (DAC) and targeted industrial applications.

This flexibility allows us to address several markets, with different levels of maturity and operational constraints.

Main applications

Direct air capture (DAC)

The Skyrenu platform can be deployed in a direct air capture configuration, in order to extract CO₂ directly from the atmosphere.

This application is primarily intended for:

  • DAC parks on a megaton scale,
  • Modular installations configurable at different scales, starting from 2,000 TCO2/year,
  • shared accommodation with industrial sites and integration with available residual or waste heat sources.


The systems are designed to operate continuously, with optimized energy consumption and possible integration at sequestration sites or near industrial infrastructure.

Direct Air Capture (DAC): The Skyrenu platform can be deployed in a direct air capture configuration to extract CO₂ directly from the atmosphere. This application is primarily intended for: megaton-scale DAC parks and modular installations configurable at various scales, starting from 2,000 tons.CO2/year, colocation with industrial sites and available thermal discharges, The systems are designed to operate continuously, with optimized energy consumption and possible integration on sequestration sites or near industrial infrastructure.

CO₂ capture in an industrial environment

The Skyrenu platform can also be integrated into industrial environments that emit CO₂, when technical and regulatory conditions allow.

In these contexts, the solution aims to:

  • capture CO₂ at the source or downstream of existing processes,
  • reduce the overall carbon intensity of industrial operations,
  • integrate with other low-carbon solutions,
  • facilitate the integration of capture into complex industrial chains.


This approach makes it possible to address sectors where direct emission reduction is difficult in the short term.

Valorization and sequestration of captured CO₂

  • permanently sequestered, particularly by specialized partners,
  • or industrially valorized, for example in construction materials or other compatible applications.


Skyrenu focuses on CO₂ capture, while integrating into industrial ecosystems capable of handling CO₂ downstream.
